FAQ'S

What are Digital Files and how do they work?

All of our designs are sold to you as a personalized digital file (either as a .jpeg or .pdf file attachment) which is sent to you directly via email. You have your choice at that time to (1)have your cards printed at a professional printer or photo developer of your choice, (2)print out your cards at home on a desk top printer OR (3)your file can be used directly in an email sent to your recipients.

Why Choose A Digital File Instead Of A Card Printed In a Traditional Format?

With the choice of purchasing a digital file and having it printed yourself, you eliminate the need for us to pay expensive printing and shipping costs. This savings then gets passed on to you. Also, when choosing a digital file, the amount of prints you choose to have printed is left up to you. No more printing extra invitations to meet minimum requirements or having to incur additional fees to print up a few extra, forgotten invitations. The digital file is yours to print as many or as few invitations you need.

What Methods of Payment Do You Take and How Long Will It Take To Get My Digital File?

Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Interac (via PayPal). After approval of your proof, you are sent a online receipt from Paypal via your email. As soon as your payment is processed, you should expect to see a comfirmation of purchase. Your personalized digital file will follow, again via email, within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.
